Our per-word prices vary from $0.06 to $0.10, depending on several factors. These may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Source and/or target language for translation.

Deadlines provided with each order.

Text specifications, such as technical text versus informational material, text volume and total volume. Project parameters, with some discount provided for ongoing projects versus one-time deals.

We also offer a by-the-page price of $20 in certain situations. Please contact us to see whether your project qualifies for this special rate.

So that we can offer a more specific and accurate pricing quote, we ask that each potential client give us as much information related to the project as possible. This includes desired deadline, source and target language information, document format if known, and the text that we will translate. We work hard to provide price quotes in a timely and efficient manner, please make sure to include your contact information.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply in specific situations, such as for advanced technical documents or difficult source/target language translations. We may also charge an additional fee for rush orders. When we provide your price quote, it will include any additional, foreseeable charges. If additional charges will be incurred during a project, we will advise you of the extra charge before completing the project.

Project Payment

For each project, we expect 50% payment up front to begin work. Upon delivery of the completed project, the remaining 50% balance is due within one week.
